I approach therapy from a collaborative point of view. I have expertise in how thoughts and emotions interact and can help you to see what is working and what is not working for you. Together we will make a plan to meet your unique needs.

Explore your thoughts and feelings and try to gain understanding of how they are influencing you in your everyday life as well as your longer term goals. We will find strategies to help you navigate difficult life challenges.

I specialize in working with people who:

are going through changes in their life such as living on their own for the first time, starting or ending a relationship, having a child, or experiencing a loss. We will find ways you can cope with emotions while also working through them.

I became a therapist because:

I love learning about others and connecting on a deeper level. Watching others transform their lives is an honor and I am grateful for my role.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer both in-person and remote therapy sessions which makes therapy more convenient on the days that traveling through Denver doesn't work for you.
