I am an LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming, anti-therapist, with a background in schools and special education, grades K-12. I also specialize in: mood disorders, depression & anxiety, self-harm behaviors & self-injury, suicidality, and trauma.

While I am currently telehealth-only, one of my passions (and the reason I got into social work and the helping profession in the first place) is Animal-Assisted Therapy. I look forward to a day soon when I can work with my trained therapy dog!
