I am a passionate and empathetic licensed clinical social worker, specializing in working with children, adolescents, teens, young adults, & families.

I work with children, adolescents, and their families. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based, & I also believe in integrating fun activities to facilitate relationship-building and keep kids engaged.

I aim to support both children and their families in order to recover from a major change, or unlock their full potential and thrive. Whether your child has been struggling for a while, or something has recently changed, I am here to help.

I specialize in working with people who:

I am an LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming, anti-therapist, with a background in schools and special education, grades K-12. I also specialize in: mood disorders, depression & anxiety, self-harm behaviors & self-injury, suicidality, and trauma.

I became a therapist because:

I know firsthand the struggles and successes that come with the work a client and clinician can do together, from both sides of the equation.

More about me and my practice:

While I am currently telehealth-only, one of my passions (and the reason I got into social work and the helping profession in the first place) is Animal-Assisted Therapy. I look forward to a day soon when I can work with my trained therapy dog!
