I am a trauma-focused therapist that is trained in EMDR, Brain Synchronization Therapy, and many other models that can help with all symptoms associated with trauma, depression, anxiety, or grief.

Complete a thorough assessment so that there is strong understanding of how I can help. You will be able to talk about anything and everything that is a concern for you - in addition to some of my questions in-between so that we have a clear picture.

I specialize in working with many individuals of many different backgrounds. I am a part of the LGBTQ+ community and love the opportunity to create a safe space for those that are also part of the community to explore their own journey to wellness.

Because I have a genuine desire to help others, a passion for mental health, and personal experiences that inspired my connection to this field.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy via telehealth most weekdays and in-person services in my Pueblo, CO office on Saturdays from 12-5PM.

I have worked in mental health centers, addictions treatment centers, and group therapy practices. Tranquil Journey Therapy is my new private practice where I am excited to bring everything I have learned into practice with those that can benefit :)
