I work with women addressing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relationship issues and self-esteem and birthing persons through preconception, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, abortion, pregnancy, postpartum and the entire parenting journey.

I specialize in working with women through life transitions such as early adulthood and careers, relationships, and those navigating pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. I am an LGBTQAI affirming provider and work with all genders.
