Helping recovering people-pleasers who have experienced bullying, neglect, perfectionism, or fear of rejection to harness their resentment. Also critical of themselves and find themselves overthinking, second guessing, and avoiding how they feel.

More about me and my practice:

I'm an Army veteran and career changer. My practice supports the busy person who just doesn't have the space and time to commit to traditional 1:1 therapy with a weekly or bi-weekly attendance. There are options to improving one's mental health.
