I work with evidence based models such as DBT, CBT and SFT, but include psychodynamics and person center techniques and approaches.

I work with CBT, DBT, STF and Narrative, yet my style is open ended and creative and I use art and play as tools for treatment. Each person is a world and unique to their circumstances. I will reflect and help you uncover unseen patters and blocks.
