I like to be flexible as clients have different needs. It's important to be real with clients and not fake it with academic language that they don't care about it. Real meaning they see the genuine you and not a veneer of trying to be someone else.

Discuss all aspects of your life. Anything from family, relationships, career to more existential issues. Let's keep politics out of counseling sessions but I do understand people are passionate about how they feel.

I can work with anyone that has ever doubted themselves. I feel passionate in helping people find their potential and have worked with clients with the following issues; depression, grief, anxiety, stress, existential, substance use, and self-esteem

I became a therapist because:

I did not become a therapist as some true calling. I lucked into the profession when I worked at a hospital years ago. I learned how to talk to people

My flexibility and this online platform will make it possible to provide therapy on almost every day and times to meet can be movable.
