I specialize in working with teens/adolescents with anxiety, stress while adjusting to academic pressure and transitioning to college. I work with clients struggling with generalized anxiety, depression, trauma, everyday stress, divorce and PTSD.

I offer telehealth services. Covid certainly changed a lot in our world and an increase in telehealth services has been one of them.
