I work with individuals and families, specializing in family-systems models, attachment therapy, and CBT focusing on: anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, substance abuse, abusive relationships, and adoption challenges.

My passion lies in helping children and adults. Kids may have anxiety that is taking the fun out of every day life, or may be struggling with behavioral issues as a result of experiences they have endured in the past. This is where I aim to help!
