Tell me if you EVER think I'm talkin' out of my ass and I promise not to blow smoke up yours. I will be straight with you about different meds and educate you about options for meds and/or therapy. It's your life, your body, your mind, your choice.

I specialize in working with people who:

Have any type of trauma; people within the LGBTQIA+ community; young adults who are looking for their own identity - separate from their immediate family; people questioning their direction in life; and those who question the social construct.

I became a therapist because:

People are AMAZING! Yea, meds can help, but therapy is the SHIT! I HAD to be part of helping people grow and trust themselves.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

The flexibility and privacy of Zoom is great. I use a personal meeting ID so people always know where to go for appointments.
