I am available weekdays from 10am-6pm.
My clients describe me as:
Clients tell me they feel accepted and understood in sessions. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, encouraging, and open-minded.
Something to know about my approach is:
I combine talk therapy with mindful somatic awareness. Which can look like: we discuss your concern to figure out what's working and what's in the way. We also observe how your body responds to the concern (stress, etc.) to deepen our understanding.
Together, we will:
We'll help you feel less overwhelmed and more in aligned with the "you" you like to be. We'll discover which tools help you feel more resilient, empowered, and able to navigate strong emotions.
I specialize in working with people who:
People who march to the beat of a different drummer often work well with me. Anxiety, depression, shame, indecision, fear, stuckness, etc. are often signals that we want to show up more authentically and just need the space to explore how to do so.
I became a therapist because:
I've experienced myself how therapy offers time, attention, and safety that can be transformative but hard to find. I want others to have this, too.
More about me and my practice:
It’s scary when we don’t understand our symptoms, and understandably tempting to move resist exploring them. Practicing mindfully staying with them lets us understand the signals our bodies are sending, and identify what we need to heal and flourish.
