Working with people and helping them to understand the "ebbs and flows" of emotions and life are my passion! I love to see the light bulb come on in children's eyes and I enjoy working with adults, couples and families.

Autism, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and religious counseling are my specialties along with PTSD, OCD, Bipolar, and Personality Disorders.

As a person with a disability, I understand effective ways to navigate. With my education and experience in mental health, I know what works!
