Explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. , I'll help you learn how to find ways to desensitize the intensity of negative emotions that related to the incidents in your life.

I specialize in working with people who:

Struggle with any forms of trauma, anxiety, depression and connection. I also work with people who are Chinese speaking specifically in Mandarin Chinese.

I became a therapist because:

I believe that there is hope even in the darkest day. You deserve to know you matter and you are not alone in this world.

I have over 10 years of experience in the counseling field and four years of expertise as a certified Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)
