I specialize in working with people who:

I work with people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds seeking support for issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, life transitions, and more. Many of my clients identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+.

More about me and my practice:

My practice involves in-depth relational work, where we meet 1-3 times per week in the long-term. My clients and I often connect through shared interests in music, movies, and pop culture.
