I am trained in many modalities, including ACT, DBT, and CBT, and utilize the approaches that work best for you. I am passionate about body liberation and work from a health at every size (HAES) framework.

I specialize in working with people who:

are going through eating disorder recovery (including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and ARFID), body image concerns, anxiety, grief and loss, and life transitions.

I became a therapist because:

I deeply believe change is possible for every individual and that it’s easier to attain with support, skills and encouragement.

that you can do therapy virtually in your own environment, and have your pet(s) there if you'd like!
