Something to know about my approach is:

We look at the whole picture. Sometimes it's negative thought patterns causing problems, and sometimes it's actual problems that need solved. Usually it's a combination. In the first session, you'll develop goals so we have a clear plan.

Together, we will:

We'll work on addressing the most pressing issues, like coping with anxiety, while also figuring out what all is contributing and what to do about it. Burnout, stress, relationships, family dynamics, and physical health are common topics.

I work with people who are trying to hold it all together, but just can’t take it anymore. You’ve hit your breaking point and don’t know what to do. Self-doubt, over-thinking everything, questioning what will make you happy.

I became a therapist because:

I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and hopeless. Being the person to help someone climb out of that hole just never gets old.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I've been telehealth only since 2016. Many people feel more comfortable at home versus a stranger's office, and it's much easier to get to sessions.

I believe that having the courage to face the hard stuff and move forward will change your life and the world. I also believe that we all need a little help sometimes, and therapy is a great place to get objective and supportive feedback.
