Something to know about my approach is:

I will walk the path with you, but I don't have a magic wand or a crystal ball, so I don't have all the answers. That is something we will discover together. No problem is unsolvable, just have to be honest with yourself and work it through.

Together, we will:

We will discuss your childhood, your family, your significant other or your dinner the night before. No topic is unopenable. This will be hard and may even be unpleasant, but at the end of it all you tohave peace and liking yourself is goal #1.

I specialize in working with people who:

have been impacted by substance usage, either personally or familial. You don't have to be the addicted to be impacted. Adolescents and their families, as well as couples and young adults struggling with life.

I became a therapist because:

I enjoy helping others. Throughout my life people have always found me easy to talk to and I truly care!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

how peaceful and inviting it is. The view out the window gives the feeling of being in the woods and away from the city, sometimes your troubles.

I returned to college as an older student to prove to my teenage son that education was important. However, I was the one that learned to take my past and turn it into helping others. I have been where many have, I want to help them heal..
