My therapeutic style is expansive based on the needs of each individual client. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapeutic techniques in practice with flexibility to utilize other modalities as needed.

Build coping skills, strengths, and promote behavioral change that lead you towards the values and goals you have for yourself. We can work together to process life challenges, build life skills, and give space for challenging emotional processing.

I specialize in working with people who:

Though I practice as a generalist, I do have special interest in health psychology and mental health concerns complicated by physical health challenges. Individuals struggling with adjustment, anxiety, depression, and stress are also a great fit!

I became a therapist because:

I recognize mental health is stigmatized and overlooked. Prioritizing mental health creates space to become better versions of ourselves.

I have flexibility to offer both in person and virtual sessions based on the individual needs of my clients each week.

In my practice I prioritize maintaining a judgement free space that promotes openness and transparency in the therapeutic relationship. Therapy can be intimidating and as your provider I will meet you where you are as we collaboratively create goals.
