my approach to counseling utilizes direct cognitive therapy including motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, CBT, and reality therapy.

I specialize in working with people who:

have been within the criminal justice system and am also a substance abuse professional, SAP, helping those working for the DOT begin the “return to duty process” to regain or obtain employment. I also specialize in addictions and trauma counseling.
