I use a person-centered, strengths-based, and creative approach to therapy. I use a mix of talk therapy and expressive therapies, which can allow people to express different parts of themselves and help understand their lived experiences better.

I don't ever want people to feel they need to weather the storm alone. You deserve care, compassion, validation, and encouragement to keep going.

My office is about a 2 minute walk from the Green Line Newton Centre T station. Restaurants and cafes are nearby.
