I believe in helping you explore what has been holding you back. I take a more action-oriented approach to confront your issues head-on. We will go at your pace but I am here to gently push you out of your comfort zone in order to move forward.

Unpack your thoughts and feelings about your present and past to help you deal with any unresolved issues that may still be impacting you. We will explore why you are still holding onto these things because when "we know better, we do better."

who have experienced trauma, have difficult family dynamics and those with attachment issues. I work best with those that are looking for more of direct approach and want to improve their relationship with others.
