I use an integrative approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Existential, Humanistic, and Holistic Therapy. I'm also a Registered Art Therapist and utilize Art Therapy at your discretion.

are ready to make positive changes in their lives. I enjoy working with people who feel they're at a crossroads in their lives. I'm passionate about helping people navigate anxiety and depression. I incorporate humor and creativity when I can.

I became a therapist because:

someone in my life was a positive mentor for me at a tough time. They helped me help myself in a time of need. I wish to do the same for others.

I view the counseling relationship as a collaborative effort between counselor and client. I believe the most beneficial element of counseling is a positive working relationship. I'm very passionate about helping people realize their own potential.
