Are looking for some additional support to navigate through the stress of daily life; careers, parenting, relationships, anxiety. We can each benefit from having someone to talk to, confide in and someone to help hold them accountable.

I became a therapist because:

I have a passion for helping others. I see the good in the world and know that we are better when we feel supported and connected with others.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer telehealth sessions for those looking to find support but want the flexibility of doing so remotely from wherever is most comfortable to them.
