I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with people who have C-PTSD, PTSD and dissociative behaviors. This includes avoidant/anxiously attachment styles, people-pleasers, perfectionists and fight/flight/freeze/fawn personality types.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because I wanted to be the person I needed when I was younger.

I have been in the mental health field for over 15 years and in three different states. I opened my own practice this year.
