I started my career as a music therapist, and I enjoy utilizing music in sessions. But if that’s not your style, that’s ok! Whether you’re looking for traditional talk therapy, music therapy, or both, my goal is to create a space that works for you.

Together, we will:

Create goals, process experiences, and utilize your strengths to build a more fulfilling life. We can incorporate creative pursuits, as well as CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, and accelerated resolution therapy, amongst other approaches.

I became a therapist because:

As a music therapist, I saw the need for more extensive mental health support for my clients and decided to further my education to help them.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Our offices don’t feel clinical! All of our offices were homes, and it’s easy to feel comfortable in our space.
