I am an open and direct person that provides support and encouragement. My goal is to empower individuals to identify their personal mental health goals and help them reach those goals in ways that are appropriate for them.

Most individuals talk to me regarding family interactions, depression, anxiety, stress, and traumas that they have incurred. Together we explore ways to manage these situations.

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with preteen, teen, and young adults. I work with all genders, races, ethnicities, and religious beliefs.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to be the therapist for individuals that I wanted as an adolescent and young adult. I wanted to help people find their true selves.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer virtual only at this time, however will begin in-person sessions soon.

More about me and my practice:

I am a single mom of 6 amazing kids and have had a lot of situations in life. This allows me to bring lived experience to the individuals I serve. This experience often time makes it easier for individuals to talk to me.
