My clients often discuss their trauma, whether it's one event or spans throughout their lifetime. I also have clients who come to me for mental health care during and post-pregnancy as there are many challenges during those seasons.

I am passionate about finding healing for those who've been through any kind of trauma or who struggle with high anxiety, codependency, and/or depression. My clients often feel relief from their symptoms sooner because I use a variety of techniques.

I became a therapist because I have been on my own healing journey as a client for over a decade. I want to give that same gift to my clients.
