my approach tends to be holistic. My therapy style tends to be eclectic including elements of learning to identify where you are at in your change process, staying focused on the present, and working to reconstruct unhelpful thoughts.

I specialize in working with people who:
are part of LGBTQIA+ population, have substance abuse concerns, women, trauma and abuse survivors, struggle with depression or anxiety, and are neurodivergent.
I became a therapist because:
I have personal experiences with mental illness, trauma, violence, and substance abuse and am a part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I enjoy offering telehealth as this enables you to talk to me from the comfort of your home, car, a park, wherever makes you most comfortable.
