I specialize in depression, anxiety, couples therapy, intimacy coaching, and have training in Narrative Therapy, Sand try therapy, Gottman Method, Solution focused therapy, Emotion Focused therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I became a therapist because:

Growing up with dyslexia most people did not know how to reach me. I met a therapist in college who saw and heard me, and my journal began.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Meeting you where you are is a healing process, being authentic, paying attention to cultural, familial, societal contexts allows you to be heard.
