As low self-worth underlies many common mental health problems, I like to develop with clients an awareness of their negative self-talk and work to correct this early on. The frequent next step is exploring our own & others' unrealistic expectations

Anxiety, limiting beliefs, "imposter syndrome," and other problems with low self-worth will be challenged and re-worked into kinder and more self-accepting thoughts, which can have profound positive outcomes in daily life and functioning.
