I trained post-graduate in gestalt therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy. Most of my clients experience growth, make changes in their lives over time, if they stick with the process and work on it.

address various aspects of your life holistically, including themes of work-life balance, coping with stress, relationships, discovering what you need and want in your life, and more.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with a variety of people with various life challenges. I can help people with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship problems, life changes/transitions, traumas, etc. Every client is different and we all need different things in therapy.

I became a therapist because:

I love the helping process and witnessing other's growth... using my skills, life experience, knowledge to improve the lives of others is meaningful.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy in-person in a nice building that is centrally located off route 287, 80, 46 and 10 near Morristown and Parsippany.
