I specialize in working with people who:
are going through life transitions, stress, anxiety, and depression. The focus of my practice has been dedicated to supporting individuals who identify as neurodivergent and/or are part of the LGBTQ+ community.
I became a therapist because:
I love helping people discover their true selves and find ways to improve their everyday lives. I enjoy teaching mindfulness, CBT, and DBT skills.
