My approach draws from solution based practices, Gottman and IMAGO therapy. We do explore past issues as a way of seeing patterns that contribute to current concerns as well as personal strengths that can be used to improve interactions.

I have gone through struggles and come out the other side. I enjoy helping people find their inner strengths. I believe people deserve to be happy.

I try to have fun in my practice and to add humor when appropriate. I do believe that clients are the experts in their own lives and I am their to collaborate, rather than dictate which direction their therapy should take.
