My approach is client-centered. I am here to meet you wherever you are and work with you to get where you want to be. I utilize mostly CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing techniques.

I saw people I knew going through difficult times and struggling to find the right match for them.

I am located right over the Red Bank bridge in Middletown in a quite office suite.
