I believe that the cornerstone of any great therapy is the relationship. It is important for me to work on and establish this first. I also believe that my clients are the experts on themselves and have the tools necessary for change and healing.

I specialize in working with people who:

work in the service industry, education, or are battling or recovering from cancer. I work with all age range of adults.

I became a therapist because:

I believe it is intrinsically important to have a relationship wherein you are the sole focus, in order to promote growth and healing.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Because I offer virtual therapy, it reduces commutes and optimizes the client's time. It is also beneficial for clients not feeling well.
