I am trained in trained in psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, trauma-informed, and third wave (mindfulness, acceptance-based) therapies, so I tailor treatment specifically to your unique needs and goals to make sure you are getting what you need.

gain a deeper understanding of yourself! Work together will involve connecting the mind and body, so that your thoughts and feelings are easier to navigate and process. I like to integrate acceptance, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
