My clients describe me as:
I'm motivated by my ability to create a non-judgmental space that can be filled with compassion and authenticity.
Something to know about my approach is:
My goal is to create a compassionate and inclusive space to help my clients navigate through life. I continually remind myself and others, “We are more than the worst things we have done,” as stated in one of my favorite novels, Just Mercy.
Together, we will:
Let's work collaboratively on creating a life that brings you peace, balance, and belonging.
I specialize in working with people who:
I work with individuals across the lifespan who struggle with anxiety, depression, emotional disregulation, trauma, and racial and cultural identity. I also work on challenges in love, relationships, or with those experiencing grief and loss.
I became a therapist because:
I want to be more involved in healing the trauma evident in communities and in the lives of people attempting to live in a changing society.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I'm a member of the Resilience Lab — the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health.
More about me and my practice:
I want to make sure that the healing techniques I deploy will reach my ideal client and help them today, but also provide them with coping mechanisms that will apply in the world years from now.
