As a clinician for 38 years, I view people as a puzzle. I try to get all the pieces I can at the start so I can see your whole picture in order to know best how to help. I believe educating people on what healthy is, is the best start in therapy.

Explore the foundations of your issues and work on practical solutions together, one step at a time. I use CBT and psychodynamic approaches as well as EMDR.
