Grapple with an unexpected life events, challenging relationships, or the daily grind that leaves them feeling isolated, exhausted, or confused. Many of us lack self-compassion which in turn fuels narratives that layer our relationships.

I became a therapist because:

I believe deeply in the power of the therapeutic relationship and it's power to affect change us, even the parts we are desperate to keep buried.
