I specialize in working with young adults as well as moms dealing with anxiety and depression. I have a background in addiction treatment and working with self esteem, spirituality, grief, trauma, codependency, eating disorders and women's issues.

I became a therapist because:

I've always been fond of helping others and tuning into emotions. There are times I needed support and I want to offer that to others.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer online sessions via telehealth. This format can easily fit into your schedule. I also offer sessions at our Worthington office location.
