I use a diverse selection of evidenced based approaches such as CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, MI, and IFS to name a few that allows me to meet you where you are at and work with you towards meeting your goals.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with people who may have experienced challenges with alcohol and/or other drugs; suffer from trauma; and parents working towards reunification. I work with people in recovery to build bridges for reunification with significant other/family.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because someone saw something in me that I did not see in myself and without that support I may not be the person I am today.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer telehealth therapy, this enables client's to receive counseling and discuss situations within the privacy and comfort of their own homes.

I have worked in the field of behavioral health for over 10 years. I have a BA in Psychology, and hold a Ohio License as a Chemical Dependency Counselor III. I have years of experience assisting clients in regaining custody of children.
