I specialize in working with people who:

Folks who have suffered trauma which led to many different pain points. I work with those who have suffered depression, mental health concerns and have a desire to have the tools to overcome the challenges that these issues bring.

I became a therapist because:

I have a passion to help those who want to be empowered to succeed. I have a core belief that everyone can find peace, wholeness and healing.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer individual counseling, 12-week anger management group sessions, Helping Men recovery group sessions (HMR), and Nurturing Father groups.
