I often use Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy to provide feedback that may challenge old beliefs and open up new perspectives. I tailor my approach to meet each unique individuals needs as best I can and am open to feedback along the way.

Identify goals, explore techniques to encourage thoughtful reflection, bring awareness and open up choices towards the journey to self-discovery and healthy change, work together to identify strategies to improve overall health and well-being.

I specialize in working with people who:

are struggling with anxiety, transitions, loss and have a desire to know more about themselves and how they can improve their relationship to themselves and with others.

I became a therapist because:

I believe feeling heard and validated is a strong desire in us all. I enjoy creating space for people to consider different perspectives and grow.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

We have a beautiful landscape to connect with nature that includes a zen garden with a waterfall, a walking labyrinth and a yurt.
