I often use Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy to provide feedback that may challenge old beliefs and open up new perspectives. I tailor my approach to meet each unique individuals needs as best I can and am open to feedback along the way.

I became a therapist because:
I believe feeling heard and validated is a strong desire in us all. I enjoy creating space for people to consider different perspectives and grow.

We have a beautiful landscape to connect with nature that includes a zen garden with a waterfall, a walking labyrinth and a yurt.
