Outside of EMDR therapy I typically use in trauma treatment with my clients, my work is grounded in evidence-based practices of Western psychology, while being heavily influenced by practices that are more characteristic of Eastern philosophies.

Together, we will:

use a variety treatment approaches involving mindfulness, acceptance, compassion, body work and nutrition which can all be quite validating, liberating, and therapeutic because they address the whole person, not just the mind.

I specialize in working with people who:

are seeking more gratifying ways to live their lives, who want to take steps to reconnect with themselves, and are seeking more direction in their lives. I can help.
