I became a therapist because:

I had a difficult childhood but was able to find ways to overcome my challenges and wanted to help others work through their own difficulties.

Telehealth offers flexibility with time and location and decreases the hassle of having to get to an office with a user-friendly video system.

I began my practice in 2021 after being a part of a group practice for several years with the intention to offer my clients an accessible environment to help them with their mental wellness.
