I help professionals with past experiences affecting present well-being. My ideal client is age 28 through late 40s who struggles with symptoms of unresolved trauma, anxiety, stress, self-worth issues, and poor relationship dynamics.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist to help increase family togetherness and community enrichment through education, guidance, and support.

I am loving this journey called life while fully embracing the idea of constantly growing and redefining who I am. My journey includes being a divorcee, mid-level supply chain manager with a fulfilling career, and wife for the second time.
