I view every client through a trauma focused lense which allows me to educate and empower people to own their story and be proud of the person they’ve become. I am very solution focused while connecting past experiences to current barriers.

dig deep, cry, laugh and find ways to love and embrace the authenticity of what makes you who you are! We will find solutions while identifying areas of need. We will give you space to grow and the insight to move forward.

I specialize in working with people who:

have been called “sensitive” or “too much”. People who feel deeply for others but have been shamed for it. People who have been through extensive trauma and continue to survive despite the hardships around them.

I became a therapist because:

I’ve been in a position of needing help but never really felt heard. I wanted to become a person who could create an environment where healing begins.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

it is extremely accessible because it’s all virtual!

I am passionate about helping each and every one of my clients and ensure that I am consulting with other therapists on a monthly basis to keep myself accountable and knowledgeable about best practices. I am super easy to reach/communicate with!
