Desire to be seen and heard. Teens as they navigate the social challenges and pressures of high school. Couples and families who desire to have better communication. Individuals experiencing life transitions and difficulty reaching goals.

I became a therapist because:

I love working with others to become more deeply connected to themselves and others, and gain relief from life's stressors.
