I use an integrated therapeutic approach. I often use Narrative & EMDR. In your first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy before deciding the most appropriate ways to help you make progress.

I work primarily with clients who struggle with depression or trauma related to their past. The majority of my clients are motivated, individuals who want to better understand how their past has impacted them.

I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment IN YOUR HOME (or in my North Austin Office) for children, teens, young adults, and the LGBTQIA+ community in Austin and Pflugerville, Texas and virtually throughout Texas.

I became a therapist because:

I don’t want anyone to feel as alone as I did in my darkest moments. I want to watch you walk away lighter, freer, and more excited to live.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy in a tiny home with an awesome Godzilla curtain in the bathroom.
