Something to know about my approach is:

I love using Internal Family Systems and other experiential approaches. I feel this allows my client's to be with their emotions without feeling flooded. I also utilize mindfulness techniques and encourage the practice of self compassion.

I specialize in working with people who:

Many of my clients are high functioning to the point they don't realize they are struggling with symptoms of burnout, anxiety and depression. Their lives are often centered around work, success & other responsibilities leaving little room for care.

I became a therapist because:

I love supporting my clients and have always been interested in the brain and why we do the things we do. I learn a lot from my clients as well.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office is downtown and the location is walkable. It has a lot of natural light and overlooks a park and lots of trees. It's decorated peacefully.

My therapy style is eclectic in that I draw from approaches that are typically described as "experiential," which encourages clients to slow down and learn how to be more in touch with their bodies, emotions and thoughts.
